Head Start Administrative Assistant

Holly has proven to be a great asset to our Head Start program. There are times we may have a question about how to complete something or who we need to contact within the CSIU to assist us, Holly always has the answer or will find out the answer and inform us within a timely manner.

She receives many phone calls from parents and is always very professional and respectful. She makes sure that they receive an answer and/or directs them to the person they may need to speak with. She gets messages to us very quickly and responds to emails just as quickly.

Holly is always eager to learn more about what everyone does within our Head Start

program. She has gone to in-services and other trainings and takes minutes for our Family and Health monthly meetings. She is always able to assist with computer questions and help us learn how to use the computer more effectively.

Holly is always willing to assist her co-workers whenever they need the extra help. As we are all working from home, she is helping me by sending letters out to families that I am trying to recruit for next school year that I am unable to contact by phone. She always has a positive attitude and sweet smile. She is soft spoken, kind and compassionate. Holly is definitely a team player.
